Coach Tyler Manes
Tyler Manes is the founder of The Ballmanac and most recently served as the defensive coordinator at Cleveland High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Under his leadership, the team finished the 2024 season ranked #4 in 6A, defeating both rivals for the first time in over a decade. This success earned Coach Manes the title of Region Defensive Coordinator of the Year.
Prior to this role, he was the defensive coordinator at Tyner Academy, where he led the team to its first state championship since 1997. That season, the defense shattered records dating back to 1937, achieving seven shutouts and allowing an average of just 6 points per game.

In just two years, his defense broke school records for shutouts and total defense, contributing to the winningest season in the program’s history. Beyond coaching, he is a national clinic speaker, business owner, husband, and father to two children.
